AIM TO DANCE - CUBAN SALSA
Cuban salsa is a very earthy, free flowing dance style, with Afro Cuban and European partner dance influences. The smoothness in the body movement makes it a wonderful style to watch and learn.
AIM TO DANCE - RUEDA
Rueda, meaning wheel, is a fast and furious, but fun, group dance. Partners form a circle, with one person calling out the names of the moves. The moves are excuted at the same time, before the partners are swapped round. This might sound complicated but it will all make sense when you try it. This dance is a MUST if you learn cuban salsa - making mistakes is half the fun!
